I came up with another set of stats for M-Beheeyem:
Mega Beheeyem
Mega Stone: Beheeyemite
Typing: Psychic / Steel
Ability: Analytic
HP: 75 (No Change)
Attack: 95 (+20)
Defense: 100 (+25)
Sp. Atk: 170 (+45)
Sp. Def: 125 (+30)
Speed: 20 (-20)
I wanted him to be more of some kind of alien warlord, incredible power, good defenses but unbelievably slow. With a Special Attack stat that's higher than Rampardos's Attack, he's meant to be a Psychic Nuker in the same way as M-Alakazam except he'll be outsped by literally everything outside of Trick Room. However, as Trick Room will render Analytic null, you need to choose if you want a slow psychic nuke with Analytic or a speedy sweeper than outspeed everything under Trick Room. With moves like Nasty Plot, his Special Attack is near unwallable. With Metagross's great defensive typing, he can definitely take hits and who knows, maybe you could run a physical set with Steel Wing that he erroneously gets via TM XD
