Goomy in the rain

Some of you may have known that recently there's a Japanese game called "Travel Frog. This whole idea is very similar to that and I just want to know why can't Pokemon make some games like this? I will be more willing to see something I'm more familiar with for such style of games.

Basically I kinda have this little series in my mind where just a certain child...maybe a girl... one rainy day she encounters a wild lonely Goomy in this beautiful garden of her home. She decides to keep it so our Goomy will have an owner and every day while it is roaming around here and there in the garden, some events will happen such as meeting other Pokemon. I just want to depict more scenes like this but usually this will take a long time to finish.
