When the researchers find Alolan Trapinch and Vibrava being both bug-type~they're pretty exciting to witness a bug-type Flygon as well. However soon they discover that somehow Alolan Vibrava tend to leave the rivers and evolve in the ocean and still become dragon-type.The researchers say it seems like the Alolan Vibrava are attracted by some sorta mysterious calling in the ocean and maybe it's the salty water that suddenly changes the body condition.
Not only can their finlike wings still create sounds like singing in the water, but also they themselves do sing more often than normal Flygon.
Due to the protection around the eyes which looks like a swim goggles~they're sometimes mistaken for normal swimmers by tourists while popping up form the surface of water yet no harm reported.

It's funny that I think Flygon sure is somehow easy to cause an art block lol
Overall my idea was started from the swim goggles, for some reason I think it's kinda the thing that GF will do on some designs. And as the dragon type, I finally decided to make it as some kinda joke that Flygon won't even get the bug typing in this final stage of Alola Form. That's it, you see it's just that easy that GF could trick us with whatever they want when it comes to the design, I can't deny that it's fun~I mean~come on~I have made 3 different designs for this Pokemon~XD

Hello J766 with following numbers (wow, your Name is safer then most of my passwords XD),
I watched some of your alternate pokemon creations today. I am very impressed to say the least! I wanna lose some words to this, cause it's specially appealing to me. I hope you will read them.
First for the whole writing, which is one of my favourites here:
I love how you Vibrava goes for the ocean cause they are Hearing natures voice and replying with their own singing. It reminds me of how fishes, or animals in General, travels a whole life only to reach a certain place. Like it would be paradise for them.
Reading this, I was also thinking back that because of there sounds in a sandstorm, regular Flygons are called Desert Ghost or something like that.
Now they seem to be even louder ghosts of the oceans XD. Where you refering to the regular pokedex entry or did I just puted it like that?
As for the design: This new creature look really majestic and cool, perefectly going with the idea behind them. That black wings are so good. I can't really say much more, it's just very well combined and would make a great Addition to the acutal games (like many ideas of skilled pokemon artists like you).
The trick with the Dragon type was great too, since you are right, GF can surprise us with everything, thought they are failing badly often, overdoing it with jokes like Alolan Dugdrio after Eggxegutor.
