For those of you who don't know~it's specially made for a Poketuber called HoodlumScrafty
Why isn't it just called Alolan Scrafty because...although it's his birthday, I still have my own thinking. I don't want to add all the "Callum" elements on it, yet I still think the team Skull style fits Scrafty a lot! However team Skull doesn't have the natural or cultural history long enough for Scrafty to change obviously. So...I rather it's just a special version.
Sure I could give it dex entries like...
# it's said that this particular Pokemon is made by Aether foundation from a mysterious request. It seems to resemble Team Skull in Alola region.
# Not only can it absorb toxins, but it also transform them to poisonous sprays. Sometimes the poison is so powerful that metal walls can corrupt.
